These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jll22 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jll22 online gaming platform, website, and all associated services accessible at jll22.net and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

jll22 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jll22 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jll22 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Philippine gaming standards. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 3.3 Account Currency

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. jll22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify jll22 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account, any suspected compromise of your credentials, or any other security concern relating to your account. Contact our support team as soon as possible in such circumstances.

jll22 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections to the Platform and uses OTP-based two-factor authentication to protect account access. However, no security system is infallible, and jll22 recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable all available security features.

jll22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jll22 account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take longer to credit depending on bank processing times. jll22 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.2 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jll22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the account subject to review.

5.3 Responsible Deposit Limits

7.1 Wagering Requirements

8.1 Random Number Generation

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage in gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and are subject to forfeiture.
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits through your payment provider without prior notification and good-faith dispute resolution with jll22.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jll22 staff or other players.

jll22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful activity; (c) the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements; or (d) closing the account is necessary to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Where an account is closed by jll22 due to a breach of these Terms, jll22 reserves the right to withhold all balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at jll22's commercial discretion — any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

jll22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your jll22 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jll22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own devices.

Nothing in these Terms limits jll22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

The current version of these Terms, with its effective date, is always accessible on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the jll22 Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any single provision shall not affect the validity of the remainder of these Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jll22 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
